"Wildland Attack Pack"

Designed to carry everything the wildland specialist needs for storage, hydration, and quick access. From a 1/2 acre brushfire to a major campaign incident, our wildland attack pack has been designed and field proven by some of the busiest brushfire suppression departments in the country. The optional 110 oz. Hydro Cell provides instant hydration with a drip free bite valve to replenish your system with Gatorade, water, etc. The high density foam hip pads have integrated mesh on the interior for comfort and have thick webbing on the exterior where your accessories attach to with alice clips. The padded adjustable backpack strap has webbing loops to keep the Hydro Cell tube intact and close for instant use. The large horseshoe flap opening main cargo compartment has plenty of room for your head lamp, space blanket, etc. We added Glo-flex to the pack to make sure your seen and with all stress areas triple stitched the Wildland Attack Pack will survive the toughest, roughest use.

"Wildland Attack Pack Plus"

The Wildland Attack Pack Plus features the same comfort and functional ergonomic design as the Wildland Attack Pack. This new bag allows you to carry the "new style" fire shelter on the bottom rear of the pack and has easy but secure pull entry from either the right or left side. On the front of the pack is a large zippered pouch and the main zippered compartment features an internal pocket for your hydrocell water bladder with a small flap with Velcro to allow your water tube to pass from the main compartment to the outside. The two exterior zippered pouches expand with no problem and also allow for enclosed storage for your flares. There are also two exterior pouches with adjustable webbing straps to hold flares securely. The side padded waist belt has attachment points for "Alice Clips" or any of the L.A. RESCUE Wildland SpeedGear accessories. Fire shelter is sold separately.

"Speedgear Harness"

The speedgear harness is the backbone for all of our speedgear packs and accessories. The speedgear system allows you to carry whatever you need to sustain yourself on the fireline or U.S.A.R. incident. The speedgear harness allows for many different configurations of our packs and accessories. The speedgear's different load carrying options help reduce fatigue while working. Because of the energy cost of lifting and supporting a load on your back while working is significant, the speedgear lets you carry most of your gear on the waist belt. Military studies show that people can work and maneuver best in activities like firefighting and emergency work with loads concentrated on the hips.

It's pretty simple, your pillow goes into the bottom zippered compartment. The rest of your bedding or sleeping bag goes into the top large zippered compartment.
